How do I make payments?

Payments can be setup to be automatically charged to your credit/debit card. All major credit cards are accepted.

Payments may be mailed to our physical address or dropped off in person during business hours. We also have a drop box for after hour payments.

I’m canceling my storage unit in the middle of the month. Do I get a refund?

Refunds are not typically granted so we encourage renters to contact us as soon as they know they will no longer be needing storage at Icon Saf-Loc.

I no longer have a need for my storage unit. How do I cancel?

When you plan to vacate, please give Icon-Safe Loc, Inc. at least a 10 days notice prior to the end of your last month of occupancy. We are proud to offer clean storage units at our facility. Remove all trash and unwanted items from your unit upon termination of your lease. If your unit is not left in a broom cleaned and empty condition when you vacate, you will be charged a cleaning and trash removal fee.

Have you recently made changes to your mailing address, email, phone number or linked credit card?

If you’ve changed any of your contact information or have autopayments coming out and information has changed on your credit/debit card, just give us a call or stop in to update your information.

I don’t know what kind of lock to use. Are there locks available?

Icon sells two styles of locks either of which will handle your security needs.

How is the parking situation?

We are proud of our paved parking lots and driveways connecting our outdoor storage buildings. Parking is for office use in the front of the complex and once entering the security gate, speed limit is 5 mph and there is plenty of parking next to your unit to prevent storage doors from being blocked.

Am I able to plug in electronics or smoke in my storage unit?

Unfortunately, electronics are unable to be plugged into the self storage units and smoking is prohibited within Icon Storage grounds.

What kind of items can I store at Icon Saf-Loc Self Storage?

Most residential and commercial items are able to be stored in our self storage units including boats and other large toys depending on the size of your unit. To keep it safe for yourself and other tenants Icon Saf-Loc does not permit gasoline, explosives, toxic substances or other hazardous materials to be stored in the facility.

Should I provide my own insurance to cover my storage unit?

Yes, if you want insurance protection on your storage unit it is recommended you purchase it through your preferred insurance provider. Icon Saf-Loc Inc does not insure personal belongings in self-storage units.

It’s dark when I need to access my storage unit, will I be able to see around the storage facility?

Our paved storage facility is fully lighted once the sun sets allowing you to easily navigate our yard.
